Team Members

Trevor is responsible for defining the mission and overall strategic path for Western Regional Builders and manages all partner relationships. Trevor graduated from Brigham Young University with a Construction Management degree, and began his career in Hawaii. He founded his first construction company in 2008 and  brings 16 years of senior level experience in construction management, development, project and business development and client relations. 

Trevor is intimately involved in land purchases, zoning, entitlements, permitting, site development, architectural design, construction budgeting, construction financing, construction management,  stabilization, developing and building more than half a million square feet of construction projects. 

Trevor currently serves on Anthem's Growth Committee and on Board of Directors for Anthem's Parkside community of  7,229 homes for nearly 20,000 residents

Alex serves as Vice President of Construction, where he oversees all aspects of construction-related operations and ensures project excellence from inception to completion. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Alex has cultivated expertise in managing complex projects, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional results. Alex got his start in specialty government contracting in the eastern United States and also worked in the renewables sector for a time before making his way into Multifamily.

Jacob brings a wealth of experience and leadership to his role as Regional Superintendent of Construction.  With a strong background in overseeing complex construction projects, Jacob has constantly demonstrated his ability to manage teams effectively and deliver results on time and within budget.  With a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, Jacob is poised to drive excellence across all projects under his supervision, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of construction and client satisfaction.
